A novel coronavirus is a new strain of coronavirus that has not been previously identified in humans. Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses transmitting between animals and people that cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS-CoV) and severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS-CoV).


We are well aware of the safety that is needed to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 and also, as a community organisation that has the socio-economic well-being of our community at heart, we have adopted a safe feeding scheme, with all stakeholders taking precautionary measures in doing so. At the same time, taking the opportunity to convey the severity of this virus to our community as well as the importance of taking extra precautions to prevent unnecessary spread.
